Paul Healy Senior Researcher Paul Healy joined the Stockholm Network in August 2007 after a succesful internship. He is now senior researcher and editor of the Weekly Bulletin, the Gesundheit! and the Stockholm Network blog. Paul holds a Bsc Econs in Politics from Cardiff University, taking a special interest in European policy development particularly health and social issues in the UK, France, Italy and Germany. He has worked as an assistant researcher in parliament, as well as volunteering at grassroots level on the campaigns of candidates for both parliamentary and local elections. Paul has authored numerous Stockholm Network papers including Keeping Medicines Safe Extended: A Further Study of the Regulations Guiding the Approval of Medicines in Emerging Markets; Sharing the Burden: Could risk-sharing change the way we pay for healthcare?; Weathering the Storm: Central and Eastern European Healthcare in Financial Crisis; and Theory versus Practice: Discussing the Governance of Health Technology Assessment Systems. |
